Thank you for your patience as we address recent network disruptions caused by a highly sophisticated computer virus attack. While we maintain robust security measures—including multiple layers of firewalls—no system is entirely immune to this type of attack. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the Department of Homeland Security confirmed that more than 60 organizations were attacked at the same time, with some experiencing prolonged outages.
Our IT team responded promptly and has already restored key functions, including email. They continue to work diligently to return all systems to full operational status. Importantly, there is currently no indication that any Member information was compromised.
We recognize the inconvenience this situation has caused, particularly the need to manually track purchases and book reservations. The Member website is also down temporarily while we work on the POS system. We expect the POS system to be restored in limited capacity within the next several days. At that point, all purchases from the downtime will be entered, and you may begin to see charges reflected on your account. Once this process is complete, we will proceed with the billing process.
